We, the residents of Plaza on University Blvd., petition Plaza management to extend the hours of use for the community Jacuzzi 3 hours past sunset, every day with exception to testing weeks.

There is an insufficient amount of hours for residents of Plaza to get the best use of our Jacuzzi, as most residents are working or in class all day. The restriction on being accessible after sun down is completely outrageous. By the time residents are available to use amenity, the hours are not permit-able. This access restriction is costing residents a great deal of down time needed for a positive state of mind and stress alleviation, as well as a full enjoyment of our stay at Plaza. For the hefty rent that we, the residents, pay per month, an extension of time for use of this amenity is not only necessary, but fair.

I demand that management of Plaza on University extend our Jacuzzi hours 3 hours past sunset, every night, with exception to testing weeks, within two weeks of being presented with the full petition with signatures.
