We, The Members of Jacobs Farm Homeowners Association are requesting the President of Jacobs Farm HOA to hold a Special Meeting to discuss members’ concerns.
I have been stuck on the phone all morning trying to figure out the bylaws because it seems like the board just wants to ignore us entirely. It is honestly exhausting to keep pushing when the silence from the leadership is so loud but I know we are right to ask for this space to talk.

I honestly did not think this would gain so much traction so quickly and my inbox is just exploding right now. It is wild to see everyone coming together like this because it really proves we all want the same thing for the farm property even if we have different ways of saying it.

I am tired of the current board, their lack of behavior, lack of communication, lack of consideration for the community, lack of professionalism and disrespectful attitudes. I have submitted my name for the board numerous times yet there remains 2 open seats. It is past time for a board who does something besides wins a popularity contest with the neighborhood based on a “campaign”
