The volume of support has secured us a formal meeting with the administration office to discuss the fee structure. I am currently finalizing the list of specific program shortcomings to present at this discussion.

Honestly I could have bought my own hardware for half the cost. This needs to change.
The price is way to high for the service we are actually getting. I really expected more from this laptop program.
Total ripoff. We barely even use the software they make us pay for every single semester.
Fix this program or give us our money back. We are paying for tech support that doesnt even help us.
Can we please get some transparency on where this money is actually going? It feels like a cash grab.

WAY TO EXPENSIVE. I am a student on a budget and this fee is just not fair.
