Given that - Proposed cemetery project of Islamic Community of Bosniaks in Boise (201400337 CU-MSP) is fully in compliance of Specific use standards 8-5-3-24 of Ada County Code
- Proposed cemetery would be established and governed by applicable laws and regulation within Idaho Code, Title 27
- All proposed burial practices meet "good burial practices" in Idaho
- Practice and exercise of religion is protected by First amendment of Constitution
- "No government shall impose or implement a land use regulation in a manner that imposes a substantial burden on the religious exercise of a person, including a religious assembly or institution" (Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA), 42 U.S.C. § 2000cc)
We undersigned, ask Board of Ada County Commissioners to uphold initial decision of Ada County Planning and Zoning Commission from May 8th 2014 and allow proposed cemetery project 201400337 CU-MSP
