Change the monthly HOA Fees to be based on square footage instead of primarily pillow count at the Iron Horse Condominiums Association. This is for the change to be put to a vote by mail in ballot no later than October 15,2018 with the change, if passed, taking place before the next special assessment.

Finally. Paying the same as a 3 bedroom when I have a tiny 1 bedroom is ridiculous. This needs to be fair already.

Yes please. Being charged by the room makes no sense for the amount of space we actually use. Fix this.
