India Railways IRCTC website https://www.irctc.co.in/ should have the option to reserve the tickets for Physically & Mentally disabled. The site only allows you to book tickets on General/Tatkal/Ladies quota and doesn't have the option to choose the quota for disabled. Government should direct the Railway Authorities on this to take necessary actions.

My brother struggles so much with this digital system. needs to be accessible for everyone not just able bodied. do better irctc.

it is 2017 and this is still an issue? disabled people have enough trouble traveling without the website making it impossible to book even basic tickets. fix this asap.
