I am currently tracking every report of failed downloads and billing errors to build a formal file against Apple. Email your local tech consumer advocacy groups and demand they look into these iTunes malfunctions. We need to keep pushing until they compensate us for this lost time and the unnecessary fees.

The error codes are non stop. wasted 4 hours of my life today. refund or free update. simple.
Been trying to update for hours and it keeps crashing. FIX IT APPLE.
My ipod is basically a brick right now. worst service ever.
Seriously? Charging us for something that barely works? Apple needs to get their act together.
Ridiculous that we have to pay for a software update that should be free. Apple is just greedy honestly.

total ripoff. spent all morning dealing with errors just to find out they want 10 bucks. never again.
