Reaching this level of support confirms that my frustration regarding these pricing plans is shared by many throughout the country. It is heartening to realize that so many people refuse to accept these conditions as the standard for our community.

absolute robbery. hate how they treat customers like they have endless money to burn. fix your pricing vodafone!
Are they serious with these prices?! absolutely ridiculous for NZ. stop ripping us off.
I was actually looking forward to getting one of these until I saw the plan costs. No way am I paying that much every month.
total joke. vodafone is just greedy. keeping my old phone for now.
So disappointed. Was really keen to upgrade but not at these rates. Time to start looking at other networks I guess.
