Install Traffic Light or Four-Way Stop at the Intersection of Old Forty Foot Road and Rittenhouse Road
We, the citizens of Towamencin Township, respectfully request that a traffic light be constructed at the intersection of Old Forty Foot Road and Rittenhouse Road. If for any financial reason this is not possible, then we would at least like to request that two more stop signs be installed facing Rittenhouse Road, making the intersection a four-way stop.
The previously mentioned intersection has dangerous sight lines and has a history of auto accidents. This costs the people of our township time, money, and their safety. Either a traffic light or a four-way stop at this intersection would make this area a much safer place to live.

I've seen four near accidents at this intersection since moving to the area. One was in an Uber, where three separate people all tried to go at the same time, including my driver. If I hadn't yelled out, we would have been T-boned. This intersection needs to be made safer.
Very bad intersection. When driving school bus threw intersection VERY SCARY! Please put traffic light back. Thank you
The one lane bridge always freaks me out. There's almost zero visibility coming off old forty foot road!

This intersection is dangerous and needs traffic lights. When road construction was being done, traffic lights were put it for a few months and then removed once completed. This was a smart idea and they should be put in permanently for safety reasons.
