Install Community Lights in Hemingway Point NOW - DR Horton Community

A year to this day, DR Horton promised to install community lights in the Hemingway Point Community in Homestead in the 33032 zipcode.
It has been well over a year and they have not lived up to their promise. According to them a year ago, they were going to put the lights up when enough homes were built.
Since a year has passed, we have a surplus of new home owners and we are encountering a desperate need to have lights in the community for safety purposes.
Help us sign this petition to further demonstrate the need to have these lights up now. We need to come together as a community and I believe we have enough homes built and it has come to a point where we need to have lights in our community.

DR Horton thinks they can ignore us while we navigate these dark and dangerous streets. This surge in support proves they cannot stall any longer because our neighborhood refuses to be silenced until the lights are installed.

My husband and I moved to Hemingway point over a year ago. When we bought our house DR Horton respresentive told us the electricity our streets would be installed in 3months and the pool would be finish last summer. It has been more than a year and we still do not have what was promised. Our house was broke into last August, our neighbors have been dealing with the same issue too. We need lights in the streets and securities to protect our community ASAP.
The lack of lighting in our community at night is a detriment to to the security in our community. Not only does the lack of light help aid the recent wave of criminal activities but also for drivers to see our current community members better. There are enough homes to warrant the light fixture, please put them on now.
