Seeing all this momentum is honestly overwhelming and gives me so much hope that Babak can finally get those doors open. I barely slept last night thinking about how many people actually care about this place being on Broad even though the zoning board is such a nightmare right now.

Total BS. He put his own money into the building already and the city just pulls the rug out? Memphis needs more pros like him not empty buildings.
Ridiculous red tape. It’s an art district for crying out loud. Appointment only tattoos are basically private art sessions anyway. Let him work.

Babak has done so much for the memphis art scene over the years. this makes no sense at all. let the man open his business.
