GONE are the days of people being able to GUESS a lock box code - or use the SAME ONE for ALL PROPERTIES / for ALL TIME. Our CLIENT's DESERVE to have our Industry PROTECT and RESPECT their Financial Interests with a system that makes ALL parties accountable to the access being gained on a property. When we were purchasing our house back in 2010, we were in the middle of the process, so we hadn't begun to move in yet, and I took my friend to see the house, and not only was the back door unlocked, but the lockbox took my friend 2 minutes to get into. The code was "2010."
