The university just confirmed they are adding more shuttles to the daily rotation to fix the overcrowding. This happened only because you all spoke up about your experiences. We should keep an eye on the schedule once the new buses arrive to make sure things actually change for the better.

Final supporters
BU students struggle to get into the BU shuttle during peak hours. There are too many people using this service at the same time. It is frustrating to not be able to catch the BU shuttle due to lack of space. Also, safety is at risk because people tend to get aggressive as they push others and squeeze themselves in. Furthermore, the punctuality of the shuttle is inconsistent which cause students to be tardy for their classes.
We demand that Boston University improve the quality of this service.

I am honestly stunned by how many people feel the same frustration about the shuttle situation. It is truly your willingness to speak up that has given this movement so much momentum. Thank you for stepping up and showing that this is a real problem for all of us.

tired of paying tuition and not being able to get to class because the transport system is a joke
literally missed 3 shuttles in a row yesterday. i was late to my lab and the driver just closed the door on us. fix this.
it is impossible to get from central to west on time. please just add more buses.
the crowding is actually dangerous, someone is going to get hurt soon if they dont put on extra shuttles at peak times
NEED MORE BUSES ASAP. mornings are a nightmare.
