BU students struggle to get into the BU shuttle during peak hours. There are too many people using this service at the same time. It is frustrating to not be able to catch the BU shuttle due to lack of space. Also, safety is at risk because people tend to get aggressive as they push others and squeeze themselves in. Furthermore, the punctuality of the shuttle is inconsistent which cause students to be tardy for their classes. 

We demand that Boston University improve the quality of this service.
