It finally happened and the project got the green light so those old eyesores are actually going away. I am honestly just so relieved that we stuck with this because the corner is going to look so much better soon even if it took forever to get the city on …
I fully support Cason Development Group's vision to clean up the existing run-down duplexes on the corner of Brentwood and Forest Drive and replace them with the proposed mixed-use concept. I believe this will be a benefit to the Brentwood neighborhood and Forest Acres as a whole. I am excited to see this piece of property finally realize it's true potential and fully support Cason Development Group's proposal.
Seeing all these names show up really makes me realize how many of us have been staring at those dilapidated duplexes thinking the exact same thing about needing a change. Honestly it feels like the neighborhood is finally waking up and realizing we don't have to just accept how things look right now.

This will clean this area up, and increase property values. Sounds like a win win.

It is time for a changing !!!!! If we don't agree with this development look for the paint trucks to be putting lipstick on that ugly pig and they will rent to anyone with a pulse. Time to clean up that corner where the people of Brentwood Rd can be proud when they turn on to their street rather than look the other way.

1220 Brentwood Drive. I am in favor of this development. Frank and the team will not cut corners. At the council meeting last week, a gentleman stated he tried to turn the property into townhomes 20 years ago and was denied. Let's not let another 20 years pass before something is done.

I live on Brentwood Drive and the proposed area is such an eyesore to the street. I welcome the initiative to develop the neighbor hood and support the proposed plan.

Property owner for 4131 Forest Drive and lifelong resident in Forest Acres. It is time for the City of Forest Acres to take a progressive stand in the business development along this corridor of Forest Drive.

I live on Hillside and travel by Forest Drive/Brentwood almost daily. This intersection has been run down since the early 1970's I am in favor of this development.
