We support the development of The Residences at Gilbert Town Square. This is the right project for the right location and will help bring vibrancy to the area by promoting a "Live, Work, Shop and Play" lifestyle for those who desire it. The 14-acre parcel – located in one of the southeast Valley’s signature retail and entertainment developments -- has sat vacant for over a decade. A Class A multi-family development will bring life to the surrounding businesses and community and will be a better fit and neighbor than a big box retailer. 

We the undersigned have seen the most recent site plan and elevations of the proposed development and encourage the Gilbert Town Council Members to approve this development without delay. (Case Nos. GP12-08 and Z12-22)
