I want Centurion and Precise Parklink to take responsibility for the lack of security for the paid underground parking provided by the MARQ. The gates accessed by foot needs to be covered in metal sheeting so thieves cannot burn their way through or cut holes to access the secured lot. There are constant break ins when they have access to the lot which ends up in a window being smashed. Along with reducing access to thieves, the lot needs at least one camera. A cheap high definition camera with infrared doesn’t cost much to deter thieves and record who these organized criminals are.

It’s also hard to access the lot when the gate is broken half the time because of the thieves which requires entrance through the ramp and is a slipping hazard especially with snow/ice. We want these security issues taken care of especially since we pay good money for the parking and demand that our assets and personal property are safe. Another key fob lock at the other foot gate entrance would be ideal as well.
