To: Mayor of NYC Michael R. Bloomberg, Christine C. Quinn and the New York City Council. Background: Local Law 26 of 2004 made a significant improvement to the safety of only Commercial high-rise office buildings 75 feet and higher.

We the undersigned, support the introduction of Int. 0409-2010, A Local Law to improve safety in relation to exit path markings installed in high-rise buildings.

We the undersigned state that all high-rise buildings, including and especially the Residential high-rise properties shall be provided with photoluminescent exit path markings.

All people in living and working in NYC, especially those living in high-rise buildings need to have the same and equal safety benefit of photoluminescent exit path markings.

Please sign this petition to pass NYC INTRO. 0409-2010 and help to save lives of NYC millions of high-rise residents.
