Transport for London has confirmed they will increase the frequency of the 343 route during peak hours starting next month. We have achieved the service improvements we requested and I will monitor the rollout to ensure the promised capacity is fully delivered.

I have submitted a formal request for a meeting with the local TfL operations manager to discuss the specific capacity gaps between Southampton Way and the city center. I am currently awaiting a reply and will notify you as soon as they provide a timeframe for a formal sit-down.

The increase in support has provided the leverage needed to secure a formal meeting with the local transit planning committee. We are currently preparing a dossier that details the specific service gaps along the Southampton Way corridor to present during these proceedings.

Just add more capacity during rush hour. It is not rocket science.
Ridiculous service. Been living on Southampton Way for years and it just gets worse. Sort it out TFL.
ALWAYS CROWDED. FIX IT.
The 343 is an absolute joke in the mornings. I wait 20 mins just for it to be too full to even get on. Needs way more buses running.
Need more buses extra early. Its impossible to get a seat by the time it reaches my stop.
