We law abiding gun owners in the State of Illinois would like to ask you, our State Rep\'s to consider enacting a CCW law. As you well know our state has fallen behind the rest of the country in enacting a law allowing its law abiding citizens the right to defend themselves in public. Passing a CCW measure not only would allow the citizens of Illinois the power to protect themselves and others, but also allow the many tourists that visit us from states that do allow CCW, the right to carry their arms and defend themselves as well. Many places in Illinois the police protection is very thin, and if you need help in a hurry its going to have to come from yourself. Passing a CCW law is a step in the right direction for the People of the State of Illinois.
