- Ilford lane has become a venue for different celebrations.
Celebrations should be allowed I think with the following conditions:- nothing blocking the roads OR at worst, controlled for the time, with diversions in place and police presence- nothing late night (I’d say a 10pm curfew at the very very latest).- you can’t target a particular community.
The noise will go on until early hours of the morning. This creates congestion and noise for local residents
Ilford residents would like the local council the police and the Mayor of London to work together to ban these gatherings/ celebrations alt
I am a local resident of ilford ilford lane I think it’s a shame that this council allows such events in a residential area as they hooligans drive up and down our side roads in high speeds beeping horns and playing music very loud until early morning hours Why is it the council allows this are we not humans I start work at 5.30 am and thanks to the council who allows such events ruins my sleep Wake up Redbridge council and have some sympathy and look at your other council what they do for their community. We do not want any future gatherings let them do what they want away from residential area .
