Iam on odsp & we are still struggling with our bill from 2014 in which we never received a bill for 1yr1/2 amounting to $6,600. We are on propane now & they still won't lower our payments. I hate hydro & always have. It's more than my mortgage.
Prices of hydro were already outrageous and they go and raise them again. Ontarians needs to stand up, sign petitions, raise this issue to our MPPs, talk about it around water coolers, and unite to show the Ontario government enough is enough.
These people r money hungry blood suckers. The smart meters r stupid, the delivery changes and hst, and their other hidden changes r outrageous.. So what do we do this month? Buy food or pay a 200-300 dollar hydro bill? Their nothing but cons!!!
I have had enough of the hydro bills. I cannot afford to pay what they are asking. They have doubled my payments and I am unable to pay. I will be without heat lights and pump for my toilet in a very short time. $890 a month is inexcusable.
I wouldn't spend $150 to have a $500.00 fridge delivered , so why am I paying That for electricity in a line going past my door??? A rip off as other provinces and states with cheaper hydro do not have a delivery charge. Enough of the BS Mr. Chirilli.

My hydro bill is double. It's ridiculous! I can't afford to live where I am and I have my 90 yr old mother living with me so I can take care of her. I don't know what to do if our landlord evicts us for not paying the bills. Something needs to be done!
