We The undersigned would like to petition the World Meteorological Organisation to change the name of the next hurricane to Hurricane Shia LeBeouf. We feel that nothing on earth demonstrates the raw power of nature and damage caused like Shia LeBeouf so this would be a fitting name to give to a Hurricane.
