As many of us HTC One owners have already encountered the mysterious cracked camera lens problem. We are trying to be heard and get the to bottom of this. There is obviously a fault with the device that HTC are NOT acknowledging and trying to charge us owners for repairs. Please leave your story below, Leave as much information as possible to help us determine what may be the cause of the crack. Such as heat? pressure points? When did you notice the crack? Did you drop your device? How long have you had the device? Where you are from? Temperature when you noticed the cracked lens?
