Final supporters
Planning permission is being proposed for MotoCross events to be increased by a staggering 100% at the local Green Valley MotoCross Park. Just one event causes so much stress for so many. The noise for local residents is unbearable as 60 motorcyclists roar around the track. Villagers of Bedwas, Trethomas, Machen and Ynysddu are suffering. The Council have earmarked and recommended that this area be designated as a Country Park. The peace and tranquility of a Country Park does not mix with the noise and pollution of a MotoCross Park. Commercial greed WILL prevail and soon we will hear maybe the roar of 100 bikes on a daily basis. Please support us by signing below so that we can show the Planning Inspectors the level of discontent in our local community.

The scale of this response has provided the leverage needed to secure a formal meeting with the planning department. I am now finalizing the briefing document that outlines our specific objections to the proposed expansion.

The dust and the noise are ruining bedwas. enough is enough.
Why on earth would they put a country park next to a motocross track? makes no sense at all. keep the peace and quiet!
100 percent increase is way to much. cant hear myself think on weekends as it is. stop this now.
Living in Machen is bad enough with the noise already. doubled events would be a total nightmare for everyone here.
my kids can't even play in the garden when those bikes are going. please listen to the residents for once.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. We moved here for the scenery and the quiet not to listen to engines all day long.
