The company has confirmed that they will fulfill the orders for the furniture. This outcome validates our expectation that businesses must honor transactions after payments are processed. I appreciate the resolve shown by everyone who refused to accept the initial cancellations.

Very and Littlewoods (and others under the same group) advertised a mamas and papas cotbed and drawers from the Rialto range for £1 each. People, myself included ordered, thinking it may be for them to get rid of stock to make way for new stock. Very and littlewoods are now cancelling orders and constantly changing the story once people answer them back. First it was discontinued, then a pricing error made by them, £20 off a £50 spend. Some have been told they will receive still via emails, others have been told not. All the while our money has been taken, which should mean we get our goods. Very made a mistake we samsung tablets and honoured it, m&s made a pricing mistake with tvs and honoured them. Very and Littlewoods SHOULD honour the error as they have taken money, or they will lose lots of new and old customers! Myself included. Everyone is feeling offended at the lack of communication, mixed messages and not so special offer for money off!

The feedback I have received from many of you highlights a consistent pattern of contradictory explanations from the company regarding these cancelled orders. I am currently compiling these individual experiences to present a formal request for accountability to their leadership team.

Very you should honour the cotbed. You gave me a delivery date and taken my money i have book a time off from work to have my delivery. Then you cancelled my order without letting me know. You wasted my Working time and its your mistake you should honour it

Very suspicious. Conflicting advice given re refunds. Same item back for sale full price same day it was cancelled and then removed completely? Increased number of account holders, potential £20 spend per person effected to receive the alleged £20 off....hmmm

Google it. Mr tesco or Mr Sainsbury's have just as much right to refuse to honour a price as littlewoods or very, spend some time reading consumer law and you may be surprised to discover the customer is always right thing is entirely crap.

If you are in a shop and something is priced wrong it has to be honoured. This should not be any different. You have made the mistake and therefore should honour it. I for 1 won't be giving you £30 to get £20 I won't be ordering anything at all.

The service that we have received is disgraceful. To take people's money and then not honour the goods but instead offer a voucher that makes you money is disgusting, many of the people that bought the cot are meant to be your valued customers.

In life we all have to pay for our mistakes. A multi national company should do the same!
