Very you should honour the cotbed. You gave me a delivery date and taken my money i have book a time off from work to have my delivery. Then you cancelled my order without letting me know. You wasted my Working time and its your mistake you should honour it

If littlewoods have taken the money and sent the conformation emails that is a binding legal contract. They should not be allowed to cancel the orders as they have taken the money. It is littlewoods/Cerys mistake and they should honour it. They make enough money off us they should give us something back and carry out the orders to those who have made it.

our little miracle our grandson ws going to have a new cot bed and furniture they took the money but say they wont honour the orders but still took the money face up littlewood isme and very and honour the orders placed if littlewoods want good publicity then step up to the plate

The product should be dispatched to all purchasers, company's should make sure their stock is correctly priced. It's there fault and our fare gain!

Once you place a order and get confirmation over the phone, it should be dispatched not CANCELLED!

I ordered the cotbed and drawers as my daughter is pregnant they took my order i got bothe confomation emails the last one with a delivery date of 30th of january the money left my account today and then 2 hours later after recieving my money they cancelled the order they said that the stock was discontinued yet it shows the drawers in my basket priced at £310 my daughter is only a college student recieving £72 a week and doesnt even get that as she hasnt been able to attend college due to extreme morning sickness and dizzyness i myself have had to gie up work to care for my partner who is registered blind so money is very tight we needed these items and i feel that littlewoods ahould honour all the sales as they were aware of what was goig on but continued to allow orders to be placed i havent even been offered the £20 off an order over £50that other people have been offered all i want is the items i ordered as i feel that they have broken the law they procceded to take my money even aftrr they were aware of the problem(2days after the order was placed) so they knew what they were doing is this not breaking the law just man up and honour the sales

My Very account says its refunded me £1 but not the postage that I paid!!! Double check your accounts to see if you have had a full refund or only part. They have conned us and stolen our money. I only ordered 1 cot as I only needed 1 cot and I have had no e-mail saying they had cancelled the order either. Not impressed at all.

I paid in full £1 plus £6.95 postage and yet my account says its only refunded me the £1!!! Also no email saying it was cancelled I have just been ignored. completely unimpressed!

Very suspicious. Conflicting advice given re refunds. Same item back for sale full price same day it was cancelled and then removed completely? Increased number of account holders, potential £20 spend per person effected to receive the alleged £20 off....hmmm
