I was not his daughter but I feel I'm an orfan now. He was a very wise, kind and unique person who I could always count on when I wanted to learn or discuss health and life issues. I learned so much in I.M.P! Portugal and the world lost one of his greatest teachers.
Subscrevo esta petição pois desejo ver homenageado globalmente o meu querido professor Francisco Varatojo pelo seu enorme contributo para a divulgação e ensino de práticas macrobióticas e melhoria substancial da qualidade de vida e saúde de milhares de pessoas por todo o mundo!
Tambem gostaria que o nosso presidente da república tenha conhecimento de que existiu em Portugal um homem inspirador e sábio que intentou ajudar-nos para assim converter-nos numa sociedade mais saudável, humana e sensível. Um bem hajam aos mentores desta iniciativa!
Um ser humano que tinha carisma e que o utilizou para conseguir chegar aos outros e divulgar o seu trabalho. Com o seu trabalho ajudou muitos outros seres humanos a melhorarem a sua saúde e a sua vida, um trabalho meritório e em prol de todos.
Sería justo para Portugal y para el resto del mundo que se homenajeara a Francisco Varatojo en su propio país con honores, pues su legado en el mundo ha sido enorme y gracias a él, pudimos mejorar nuestras vidas cuando no tenían sentido o las dábamos por perdidas.

The world has lost an incredible pioneer, a dear friend with a huge heart who had a smile, a kind word, a caring spirit for all who crossed his path. May his spirit and soul live on through all of us and this honour from President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa.
