We the undersigned attest to the following:
I am a homeowner in Santa Cruz County .
During the year I either live in my home as a primary residence or use it as a second home.
I currently rent or plan on renting my home on a short term basis during part of the year.
If the County passes an ordinance that restricts or bans my ability to rent on a short term basis I do not have any intentions on making my home a long term rental
