The County Board of Supervisors and Tax Collector have recognized the urgent need for adjustments to the Vacation Home Ordinance as evidenced by the upsurge of complaints filed against Vacation Home Rentals in their neighborhoods.
A six Month Moratorium with an indefinite extension period is demanded until such time the current Vacation Home Ordinance is amended or replaced to the satisfaction of the county residents.
Residents are demanding their neighborhoods are brought back to safe and peaceful living.

Our residential neighborhoods have been saturated with businesses in the form of VHR's, endless traffic, noise and trash. We don't need any more. The problems that exist need to be fixed.
Zoning is a law not and "idea". Commercialization of residential neighborhoods is WRONG.
VHR's are a commercial use, and they are changing the character of these neighborhoods. Stop & Figure out what to do before adding more VHR's to the problem
This is critical, particularly now that the City has stricter rules and a limit to the number of VHR's in the City.
Tahoe residents should have the right to also live in a safe, quiet neighborhood!!!

I really wish enforcement was taken seriously. However i have no other choice but to ban them all together.
