The town continues to ignore the evidence we have submitted regarding the impact on our homes. I am exhausted by this fight but I am not walking away from our neighborhood.

Seeing this kind of movement confirms that the people living here are finally tired of being ignored. It is an exhausting fight against an institution we are all supposed to respect, but we are not backing down now.

The volume of traffic makes it unsafe for residents to drive to and from their homes. The light show has outgrown this location. It is very unsafe to have it on a narrow dead end street.
The residents of this town have a right to enjoy their homes and their holidays. Please respect that this is an unsafe environment to have such a large sized event and poses both a threat and nuisance to these individuals.
This seems as if it is a genuine safety concern for all involved and it surprises me that a municipality would want to take on such a liability, because with this petition and voiced concerns it would be negligent for them to sit by and do nothing.
The Holiday Light Show on Lakeview Avenue in Bayport is not only a crucial safe hazard, but has brought sincere concern to the people on this block. Let's make Christmas a safer, and more enjoyable holiday for everyone!!!
Please get this show OFF of Lakeview Avenue! I would love to make a Family Tradition of going to the show, but I WILL NOT put my Family in danger by going to the show in this location... It is just crazy to me that a 'community organization' such as GSSC have such disregard for the community.... disgusting.
