For the past 11 years, the Girl Scouts of Suffolk County have hosted their Holiday Light Show on Lakeview Avenue, Bayport. The event disturbs the public peace and good order of the Town. The use and enjoyment of adjoining properties is unreasonably affected and the health, safety and welfare of neighboring residents are jeopardized. The residents of Lakeview avenue have provided statements, articles, photos and videos to the Town of Islip, proving this statement.
