Why is it that in the UK your are not classed as an adult untill you reach the age 18, but when it comes to the leisure industry you have to pay adult fares for your children, in some cases the from the age of 12. Even in certain holiday destinations within the UK I have been charged adult rates for my children to go on fairground rides.
