We Want Answers And Especially Our Money Back! How Can You Put A Festival On Without The Proper Funding??? Aaaaah Yes! Con People Into Purchasing Early Tickets @ "Discounted Rates" To Pay For A Concert You Cant Financially Cover In Another State. This Is Bad Both Morally And Ethically Especially When You Try To Connect It To St. Jude. We Want Our Refunds Now!
Last Year When This Came To Light That There Would Be These Top 25 Country Artists Performing In Central Illinois But Not For Another 6-7 Months. Was Kind Of Sketchy, Especially When You Wouldnt Even Release The Line Up But Still Sold Tickets. I Will Admit It I Was Amazed That They Actually Pulled It Off Year. But Was Also Shocked That Soo Quickly They Were Trying To Hold It Twice A Year By Adding A Show in Sunny Florida. Now To Hear That The Way They Paid For The Show In Florida Is Through This Years Ticket Sales?? Talk About Mind Blowing!!!

We were on line the minute the Tickets went on sale September 12. Bought 6 VIP second row center tickets and are out $2,501.88! Contacted our credit card company as instructed, but why should they have to be the avenue? Blu Entertainment should refund or go to jail!
Purchsased tickets May 2015 with camping package. Was looking forward to attending this event. These country artist should be outraged at the disrespect shown to their loyal fans. My credit card filed a dispute with Blu Entertainment Group & already canceled the charges I incurred due to this major screw up from the promoter. Luck to everyone else in getting refunded. FILE A DISPUTE OF THE CHARGES WITH YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD FOR A CONCERT THAT WILL NOT TAKE PLACE!!!

Very unhappy regarding this matter. I feel I have been robbed of hard earned money.
Purchased tickets and a camping September 2014. Out over $800.00 and yes I've contacted my CC company. No refunds yet.
I did contact my credit card company about a refund and they can't do anything until the actual event date! Such bad business for Blu Entertainment Group! Can't believe they actually scammed so many people!
Blu Entertainment Group needs to do the right thing and refund our money since they cancelled the concert.

Last year I thought this kind of sketchy but was surprised when it panned out. Now I know this was too good to be true especially when you guys tried to expand it to another state after only one year. Shame shame shame that you're tying this malicious thing to St. Jude. I want my money back!
