Myrtle Beach is listed as a Hotspot for COVID-19. Governors from various other states are requesting or mandating 14-day quarantine after visiting Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. New York governor made an executive that stated if you travel out of state and get COVID-19, you can't use leave from work.
People that brought their tickets before COVID-19 started, should be allowed a full refund should they choose not to attend CCMF 2020. We made summer plans to attend CCMF in June, not in September. Would I have known CCMF would get rescheduled for September, I would not have purchased tickets. In addition to the COVID-19, out of state travel policies, and COVID-19 spread.
CCMF response is, NO REFUNDS. Sell your tickets privately, and transfer your tickets through CCMF. Should the concert get canceled now; the person presently listed on the CCMF tickets gets a refund.
Please only sign if you have CCMF Tickets Presently.

I have been reading your messages about how these empty pockets and cancelled plans are hurting your families. Trying to force us to resell tickets on our own during a pandemic is a slap in the face to every person who saved up for this experience. We are not giving up on this because our money belongs in our bank accounts instead of in their hands.

Seeing so many of you share your stories about being trapped with these tickets has kept me going. This momentum confirms that we deserve better than being forced into a situation we never signed up for.

very disappointing that we were not even given the option to use at next years festival if not a refund we were coming from canada and cant even get across the boarder and even if we could would have to self distance for 14 days
And once they started changing the line up we should of had the options to get a refund or use the tickets next year
It’s a little disheartening that they refuse to refund people their hard earned money. I bought two VIP tickets way back when they first went on sale then the dates changed and due to the new dates we won’t be able to make it because of other obligations and I’ve found it increasingly difficult to sell the tickets especially since they aren’t physically in hand yet. Something needs to happen because the more this goes on the more I feel like these promoters are nothing more than crooks.
I paid over $800 for 4 GA tickets. We sure could use this money for other things. My wife is still not back to her regular work schedule.
Really mad that when I told them I couldn’t get off for work (not mentioning how much worse COVID-19 has gotten) all they did was tell me to try and sell my tickets. $1700 worth. Crock of crap.
Give us our refund.
I have money tied up in tickets and they keep pushing off date instead of cancel event so we get refunds... dangerous location for COVID .. highest number in USA .. we want our money back ! I will never buy another ticket to this event after this .

I am a Communicable Disease nurse and this virus is no joke. Please seriously consider cancelling the CCMF 2020
