The Home Owners Association is attempting to permanently raise our dues by 15% after grossly misusing our reserve fund for the cabana project debacle. We are seeking signatures to unseat the majority of the current board, and vote in a new board. (We want to keep Joe Picariello and Rachel Macholl, as they are the only ones that have fought to make sure our covenants and bylaws are upheld and hold people accountable for the pool enclosure). In order to do this we need signatures from 51% of the households in the neighborhood. (188 homes) Please put your address in the comments section so we can track... only one signature per household.
If you want more communication, more transparency and want to stop this permanent dues increase, please sign this petition and help us take back the Richland Hills HOA!
Please note: this does not guarantee that there won't be some assessment to get us out of the mess that the board created, but it's the best option we have to stop the permanent increase.

Does anyone else find it odd that this petition is only seeking to unseat all but 2 members? Why not all members? Seems like there is some nefarious intent here or it is at least underhanded. Why do Rachel and Joe get a pass? The board members clearly can't get along for some reason which I think is indicative of a larger problem.
Attempting to squash a small groups voices from being heard while being rude and condescending. Turning a blind eye to a huge loss of funds to maintain the status quo you desire. It would seem you have a hard copy of the PLAY BOOK of which you speak of so it must be yours as well........preach on if you must because that is your right just like everyone else :)
I would lend more weight to this if you had enough confidence in what you are saying that you would sign your name to it. The fact that you chose to respond anonymously means something to me at least. In addition, you don’t know me from Adam so how do you know about my capabilities concerning my ability to serve?
I hope everyone that signed the petition has paid their dues on time. If everyone paid their dues we would not need an increase. No matter who is on the board , you have to be in good standing to run or vote. People PAY YOUR DUES AND WE WONT NEED AN INCREASE. THE DUES LIST SHOULD READ -0- balance
Be ware of these people who want to get rid of our current board. They have no idea of how to run our association.

Thank you John cooper. When you unseat the BOD it is all 7 or none. Why those two left, hell no they are going too no matter what. It is called HOA BOD NOT 5go and 2STAY. NOBWAY O E GO ALL GO.
