October 5th. 2013, I lost my son Mike Sislo from a heroin overdose. His first overdose was at the hands of his friend that shot him up. Someone left the party and got Narcon and he came back out of it.This last time he did not, his friend was with him and sold it to him.We have got no where with this situation from law enforcement.I feel very strongly that there should be a law (Mike's Law)of accountability in the death of a person. If the law is going after the big guys, the little guys are the ones selling it to them. They are forgetting that fact! I feel that the persons that sell it to a person SHOULD be held responsible in their death. As one detective told a lady I know that her child was a (willing participant) That is wrong.
