I am asking ALL of YOU to HELP me ask ALL of OUR nations leaders to draft a Bill that would genetically code Heroin and store the information in a special FBI data base similar to the humen DNA data base used by the FBI and other law enforment agencies today. I would like to introduce to ALL of YOU my petition: OPOD112015 also know as: Opiate Over Dose Noverember 2015 If the Heroin that is killing OUR loved ones has a "DNA" then the Heroin and it's manufactours, distributors, suppliers and dealers now become traceable and its manufactours, distributors, suppliers and dealers now become and should be held 100% ACCOUNTABLE and criminally charged with ATTEMPTED MURDER and if found GUILTY serve a mandatory minimum of TEN YEARS in STATE PRISON for the manufacture, distribution, supply, sale and AND ANY OVER DOSES (fatal or not) there Heroin caused or would have caused if sold regardless of the amount manufactured, distributed, supplied and sold. Example: The police respond to an overdose (fatal or not) and find Heroin on the scene. A trained officer collects the Heroin and has it sent to a lab designed to break down the presentage ratio of Heroin to Fentanyl to Additive. Let's say the Heroin the officer collected at the scene lab tested at 30% Heroin, 50% Fentanyl and 20% Additive. If a drug dealer is caught, after this ratio of Heroin is collected, genetically coded, stored and connected to an overdose (fatal or not), the drug dealer should be charged of Attempted Murder. The drug dealer willingly, intentionally and knowing sold or attempted to sell an illegal substance they either had manufactured, distributed, supplied or posesed and identified as Heroin all while having common knowledge Heroin has been linked to thousands of deaths across this country. Heroin, regardless of is potency, is killing OUR kids, OUR parents, OUR siblings, OUR families and these "drug dealers" are getting away with it! These "drug dealers" are gettting away with murder! How many of YOU WISH the very "drug dealer" that sold YOUR loved one the lethal batch of Heroin was brought to justice? If YOU answered YES then YOU should and please sign my petition. YOU OWE IT TO YOUR LOVED ONE(S). America is in a State of Emergency and If WE as parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers, sisters, neices, nephews, friends and enemies alike go as far as "I DID ALL I COULD DO" then WE as parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers, sisters, neices, nephews, friends and even enemies have failed each and everyone of OUR children, parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, friends and enemies alike and allowed them to die in vein. WE are ALL someone's child and with that OUR children are being MURDERED just so a "drug dealer" can buy the newest sneakers or whatever it is they bought with the very dollar OUR ill child(s) have giving them. It's time we make the Heroin dealers PAY FOR KILLING OUR LOVED ONES!!!! Its time to make the Heroin dealers TOO SCARED TO SELL HEROIN to OUR loved ones anymore and if not suffer the CHARGE & PUNISHMENT of ATTEMPTED MURDER!!!!
