They failed to deliver a parcel containing a part which would have finished a long term restoration project in time to give it to my brother for Christmas. I couldn't contact them except for web chat, which is obviously just people reading from scripts. Emails weren't replied to at all. I was given numerous excuses and red herrings for where the parcel might be. Two weeks later. No parcel.

This company is completely rubbish. They are lazy and do not like to do anything. I have had 4 undelivered packages in the last couple of months. They say they leave a contact form which they don't. They also mention that they attempt to deliver the package however this is a complete lie. My house has always got someone there and no one attempts to deliver. This means I have had to get refunds on all my orders. They are letting down companies and letting down customers. Please do not get any packages delivered by them, you won't get it. They need to be stopped.

Liars and thiefs, don't trust otherwise you'll be definitely robbed. I paid for insurance of my parcel, I should not bother, they steal it, even admit that !!! and never paid any refund
