My brother has been incarcerated for a decade, separated from his family and loved ones. A week before his release, we were informed that he is to be deported back to our home country. This sudden and unexpected news has left us devastated. He's not just an inmate; he's a son longing to see his mother again, a brother missed by his siblings.

In the United States, there are over 11 million undocumented immigrants who live under constant fear of deportation (Pew Research Center). Many have spent significant portions of their lives here and have established deep roots in American society. Deporting my brother after such a long period would be an inhumane act that disregards these ties.

We understand the need for immigration laws but believe each case should be treated with empathy and fairness. We plead with you to reconsider this decision and allow my brother to reunite with our family upon his release.

Please sign this petition if you believe in justice, compassion, and the importance of family unity. Your support can make a difference in my brother's life as well as many others facing similar situations.

He has served his time, he should be reunited with his loved ones. His mom is really sick, he deserves to be with her in her time of need.

Serving 10 years and getting deported at the end isn’t fair. He doesn’t have any family members back in Kurdistan. JUSTICE FOR HIM

All of his family lives here. His parents, siblings, nieces and nephews. His mother is very ill and unable to travel to Kurdistan. They have all been waiting on his release here.

Please allow this man to stay in America because his parents are sick and they don’t speak English. They need him here. Also they back home he’s wanted by terrorist so he will be safer here with their parents. Please consider him to stay. Thank you.

This is completely unfair. One week is all they give this family to mourn their son being deported. They gave no warning before hand, they had years to tell them. They deserve justice just as much as him. Breaking up families is never okay and it shouldn’t be tolerated anywhere.

He doesn’t deserve to be deported, he’s been away from his family long enough. He should have the right to be with his family in the US.
