This petition is for my second chance. I was deported in Nov. 2017 to a country I haven't been to since I was 19. I have been A LEGAL PERMANENT RESIDENT of the U.S. for 37 years, as a wife, mother, grandmother, animal lover, fundraiser and many more things. I paid bills, own a home, did my taxes every year, have a drivers license but None of that matters. A non violent, non drug related crime in 2005 got me deported. I paid for my crime and did my time. I want the chance to come home, have my original sentence overturned ( Judge and DA are willing) and apply for citizen ship.

I am approaching the Secretary of State of Homeland Security with this petition and other documents

The days have been long and honestly it often feels like I am shouting into the wind. We are nearing the target number and I need you to reach out to someone new today to keep this momentum moving forward.

The weight of this process wears on me some days but seeing these names keeps me moving forward. I am still gathering all the documentation required for the Secretary of Homeland Security because my family is waiting for me to get back to them. I have not lost sight of the goal.

Martina is one of the most selfless and giving people I have ever met. Allowing her to return home would not only be reuniting a family; it would be a service to the community.

Please take another look at this and have some mercy. Non-violent, non-drug-related crimes that the legal system is willing to overturn should not be counted against this woman.

Martina has supported me with my medical career with filling recommendations, she has also been a huge part of my life.

I hope she gets home soon so her family has her back safe and sound and she can be a part of Andreas wedding. Praying for the best outcome and a fast return home to your loved ones!

I've known Martina 30 years, She is a better citizen than most people born here. It is an injustice to send her to a country that is foreign to her.

Martina should be home in the US with her family. I have known her to be an honest, hard working, kind hearted woman always willing to go the extra mile for her family, friends, community and animals. Her absence is felt and needs to be corrected!

As a retired public servant and veteran, I am a victim of Martina Rose defaming me (in my opinion) by writing to a NY DA about me. I view her as pure evil.

Martina is deserving of a second chance. She had been an asset to our community along with her (now deceased) husband .
