The administration confirmed that they are implementing the changes we demanded to end these abuses. I still cannot wrap my head around the fact that 226 people came together to force this outcome. Please stay vigilant because we need to ensure they actually follow through on these promises.

We Deserve Change. We Literally Die for it. Physically everyday Emotionally everyday Spiritually everyday WE. DESERVE. CHANGE. B/c we matter too.
Inmates are human they are doing Time for the crime and being abused let them do their time for their crime with out being abused.
Guards should trade places for at least an hour soooo trading place
All other surrounding county jails have little to no complaints people just want to at least sleep peacefully giving the circumstances.
There are many innocent lives being taken by the hands of are Oppressors injustice and racism, Human rights are being taking and ppl incarcerated are being treat inhumane in Dauphin County Prison too many lives are being taken unjustified! Dauphin County Prison needs to be held accountable we have questions and deserve answers !
My father was in harford county detention center in maryland for about 5 months....I at the time was 17 years old and lived in my fathers house with my 18 year old boyfriend. Bills got paid and we put food on our own table. The type of atmosphere that place had was unreal. My 80 some year old grandmother went in there to visit HER SON (MY FATHER) who was in there for blowing under the limit...story is an EX COP in harford county went down our street WITHOUT headlights and my dad turned to go to McDonalds to get a frape coffee and hit him....my dad was immediately handcuffed and the EX COP was let go with no questions. The officers there would eat cake in front of the cells to tease the inmates AND THAT IS A FACT . THE OFFICERS WOULD SMOKE CIGS THAN COME IN AND MOCK/TEASE INMATES HOW THEY COULDNT SMOKE CIGS. It is disgusting and unreal. LETS DO SOMETHING AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE .
