The American Correctional Officeris proud to be a part ofan historic lawsuit to stop private prisons in this country. We have been in contact with the law firm of Gammage and Burnham from Phoenix, Arizona and have agreed tosupport this suit.

Attorney John Dacey will be heading up this case and has written an article on why private prisons are unconstitutional. Why hasn't this been challenged before?

Private Prisons lead to violence escapes and drugs inside the Prisons/Jails. This leads to lawsuits which is passed on to the taxpayer raising taxes

Corp prisons are a scam. taxpayers get the bill and the companies pocket the cash while safety goes down the drain. shut them all down
