C 'n' R Snack Bar is a cafe which is located in a lay-by just off of junction 27 on the A38 (M5). The current owners of C 'n' R have work extremly hard to build a brilliant reputation. Many truckers, Contractors, Holiday makers and locals have rated the food and service to a high quality. The problem C 'n' R is recently having is non customers using the lay-by as a car park. Between 10-15 cars park daily between business hours. C 'n' R's takings has halved since the layby is being used as a "Car Park". This if it continues will ruin the business. We are aiming to make the lay-by have a return time of 2 hours, meaning the cars can only be parked for a maximum of 2 hours. We are asking for your support and signature to resolve this problem, by signing the petition the council and above will hear our voices!
