Final supporters
Hey guys, the movie 'Your Name' has recently hit cinemas near me in Australia so my friends and I are now going to go watch it. One of my friends does not watch anime too often and doesn't feel too comfortable watching it. We were able to agree that if this petition gets at least 150 signatures by Wednesday 1st March (AEST) then he will come with us and give it a chance.
I know that it sounds like we are forcing anime on him but we want him to give it an equal chance so he can truly see whether he will enjoy it or not so please help me by signing this petition!

My friend is starting to sweat as he sees the signature count climb steadily. Post the link on your Facebook wall and text three friends to make sure he has no excuse to back out. We are keeping the pressure up until he agrees to walk into that theater.

Hey if your friend see this i want to tell him that even if he doesn't like anime your name is an awesome movie that should be watch at least one time in life, i would like that the movie hit cinemas here in mexico too but that doesn't happen to often so don't miss the oportunity.

Your friend's missing out on greatness in a film that should not change an opinion on whether to watch or not just because it is an anime. Even you this petition is not a success. I hope these words can persuade your friend to just go into the cinema with zero expectations and watch it knowing it is just a very well-made, critically acclaimed film, nothing more or less...
I almost cried when I first saw this movie; go watch it, it's probably the best anime movie, if not definitely in the Top Three.
You're lucky enough to have an opportunity to see the movie on the big screen so I reckon that you should take this opportunity.

Ok, so we were officially able to watch Your Name. It was great in my opinion, solid 9/10. My friend gave it a 7.5/10. Here are his comments, 'The cinematography was really impressive as for the plot, there were quite a few plot holes that I wasn't able to understand such as the diary scene where the notes disappeared before Taki's eyes. I didn't really understand the sound track but it had good rhythm and matched the scenes. The art style was nice and better than I expected. Overall, I enjoyed this movie but I would not watch anime in the future. Perhaps I will watch anime movies recommended to me. I think I understand the anime community a little better but I still can't see the hype of it all.' -Friend who doesn't watch anime Thank you all for the support to make him watch this movie!

Just because it's an I'm shouldn't be the deciding factor of a movie, I get if people don't like it, though my childhood friend, he hated anime, till I show him full Metal alchemist though now he doesn't hate it but isn't the bigest fan and dislike mainstream animes. Your friend might love the movie and he should give it a try
