Some mornings it is an absolute nightmare crossing to Willowcroft school , I want my son to be more independent for when he starts st birinus . I would feel much happier if their was a crossing or lollipop lady there . Also this would benefit children with aditional needs who find it difficult judging dangerous situations .
This school and the one before it ( greenmere ) has needed a crossing for more than 30 years.
I think it should be there for everyschool
its not good that parents have to petition for the protection of their children, all schools should have either a crossing or someone there to control traffic.

The road is horrendous, with bad parking and speeding cars, we are very lucky no children have been hurt yet. A crossing is a must.
