This is wrong on so many levels. I don't have faith in our judicial system when it involves poor lay people...It also sounds like the lawyer is uninterested in helping this man...
This is just plain cruel! This man has dementia and is unable to control his actions!Free him now!
I strongly believe he needs to be with his family. I feel that jail isn't the appropriate enviroment for a person with dementia.
Him nor his family should suffer because of a mistake that wasn't in his control
Thank you all so much this really means alot to our family. Please get as many people as possible to sign so hopefully it will be noticed. He shouldn't have never had been arrested. And his lawyer still hasn't spoken up to the judge about it being their fault he didn't show up.

Chris is a good man! He certainly doesn't deserve to be in jail because of his lawyer's mistake!!! Release Chris and let this man be with his wife and children....where he belongs. This is a mishustice if you ask me and his lawyer needs to step up and fix this issue that he created.
