We are petitioning to build more hospitals in the Parramatta-Cumberland region. Our research shows that more hospitals must be built in our region as well as more experienced doctors should be employed.

Evidence:

Comments from people in the Parramatta region-

“A one-star is too high to describe the service I received from our health system. I have never seen this worst service in my life. They are not listening to anyone. We asked hundreds time from the nurses, when doctor will come, every single time got reply.”-

I spent 18 hours in emergency short stay for my nephew. The initial triage staff attended to us as a matter of urgency, at the high standards Westmead is renown for. So much staff, no clear direction, so much confusion, contradiction and no real urgency to deal and finish the cases in a timely manner.

We were told a urologist will attend to us when staff resume at 7.30am. Throughout the day no one came. It turns out they were receiving instructions that were obviously badly communicated to the Nurses that were attending to us. What looks like they need are better skilled resources in managing these wards and patients.

Nurses and Doctors have their unique skills, but managing day to day operations in the hospitals doesn't seem to be one of them. I feel for the frustrated staff as well.

This hospital is disgusting both literally and figuratively.

That's why we are reforming for a change. Australia needs urgent change otherwise, it's economy, migration rate and world power will drop down.
