Seeing so many people back Alex is overwhelming because he just deserves the chance to walk across that stage after everything he endured. I am still pushing for a meeting with the administration to explain why this policy is so cruel to students who faced health crises.

Seeing this much support for Alex reminds me why I started this fight in the first place. This momentum shows that people believe he deserves his moment on that stage just like everyone else.

So unfair. Parkside needs to show some compassion for once. Graduation is a big deal for him and his family.
Ridiculous red tape. Let him enjoy his accomplishment.
This is just wrong. He worked hard for this and deserves his moment after everything he went through.
I know Alex personally and he has fought so hard to even get this far. Please change the rule.
Rules are meant to be broken when they hurt people who have been through hell. Let him walk.
