with the air conditioning being out all summer long, and now going into the hottest fall ever, jcpenney 2901 is truly SUFFERING! dear corporate down in texas, checking our weather for the day is not enough. our customers & our staff are in an oven. please bring back our air conditioning (& heating for when the winter comes) so we can bring back our happy customers! :)
