We, the undersigned chilly employees of Si Group, are writing to formally (but also desperately) request that the heat be turned up in the office. Currently, the temperature hovers somewhere between “walk-in freezer” and “penguin habitat.”
While we admire your commitment to energy efficiency, we are beginning to question whether we work in an office or a refrigerated meat locker. Several of us have resorted to wearing parkas, fingerless gloves, and questionable blanket capes. It’s getting real.
We’re not asking for a tropical beach vibe — just keep Ryan from turning it down to 65. A cozy 70°F (22°C) would do wonders for morale, productivity, and our ability to stop seeing our breath indoors.
In conclusion, we love our jobs, but we’d love them more if we didn’t have to choose between frostbite and fashion. Thank you for your warmth — literal and figurative.

I'm all for tropical beach vibe temperatures, but 70 degrees is acceptable
I prefer 80F, but I am a reasonable person and will accept 70-72F.
